Help with V030

I have a V030 issue.Did someone had it and is there a way to fix that?Thank you in advance for the help.I read everything and tried to see what to change,but it is Uppercase everywhere nad no lowercase letter.Any help would be amazing! "A file reference points to an existing file but the upper/lower case does not match the actual file path. This can cause problems on Mac OS."
