Deleting Frames?

Is there a way to delete frames in an animation project? I'm using Daz 4.8 with keymate and setting up an animated shot.  I'd like to grab more action of the same scene from another angle, but doing so results in longer and longer files. So is there a way to save the project under a new name and...for example...delete everything before frame 300.  So frame 300 would become frame 0?

    one way -

start aniMate - bake from DS timeline to it

use aniMate to split at 300 - delate the 0 to 300 block

    then clear DS timeline

then bake from aniMate to DS timeline

  • You can box select all the keyframes from 0 to 300 in Keymate and delete those. Then you can box select the remaining keyframes and drag them left until the beginning of those keyframes are at zero. I box select multiple keyframes and move them all the time in Keymate and Graphmate actually.

Thanks. I'll try these options. It woudl be important to put a keyframe on everything at the end so that it is fixed in place and the end of one shot and then delete all frames before it.
