I don't know how to do the arms up-down motion.
Is there a parameter to operate this movement ?
Please show me the way.

If you select the Surfaces heading, it will select all surfaces and you can remove all diffuse with a "none" selection.)

Select the shoulder with Active Pose tool (under Tools). And then use the bend parameter dial. Sometimes I have to click more than once with the tool for the right dials to show.

Here's another tip for you- see the little cogs at the right, above the slider? If you click on those, select Parameter Settings, then you can uncheck the Use Limits so you'll have a bit more leeway for extreme poses. Comes in handy.

Another fast way to select part of the body- go up to the top menu  Window> Pane/Tabs>PowerPose and you'll get a figure with dots. Simply click on the dot and you'll get that part of the body over in Parameters if you want to work with it there, or you can practice with the controls below the figure.
