How do you save iRay render settings with the scene

Each time I open a scene, iRay has forgotten my render settings. This is pretty annoying. Is there someway to get DS to save the render settings with the scene?

Check that DS is set to include the render settings on save and not ignore on load in Edit>Preferences>Scene
