Looking for a G8F modern day pants/underwear with a hole for a tail?

Something not fantasy and something not too anime, a fairly normal looking outfit that has a hole for a tail to stick out.

Or maybe low riding skirt could work as it would sit below the tail.

Anyone know of any products that could work?
