Install Manager super slow download

My Download connection is pretty decent (300Mbps) and I haven't had a problem with the install manager so far. But One file of 500Mb is only 7% after one hour, and other file has an error and 0% after 1 hour on the retry.
What can be done? Is it a temporal issue with the server right now?
