Gen 9 body problems

When I load, even the dev load of genesis 9, it always loads with additional morphs that are set to a value.
I can zero the figure ok, but have to do this every time I load a figure, otherwise it is badly distorted.
Is there some way I can set up Gen 9 to remove these unwanted settings permanently??

Pls 1st try:
- Edit - Figure - Restore - Restore Figure (or directly press Ctrl + Shift + F...)
- File - Save As - Support Asset - Save Modified Assets...
- F2 - Clear DSON Cache Files...
- Clear the scene and reload G9
I tried as suggested.
Firstly restore figure seems to do nothing, so I zeroed the figure = Edit - Figure - zero - zero figure
Then saved Save As - Support Asset - Save Modified Assets
Then cleared the dson cashe files
When G9 reloaded the same thing as before???
I am stumped!
Go to Parameters pane, Show Hidden Properties..., then select Currently Used, check if there's any unexpected morph(s) dialed with values. Better post a screenshot.
This is how my genesis 9 base dev load looks and the values it has
Please see screen shot
Restore won't help, since the problem is that there is a property loading with a non-zero default (and restore sets values to their defaults). Currently Used similarly shows values that are not default. Zeroing the figuer can be problematic - you need to reset the corrective morph cotnrols or the figure will bend badly - but if you zero, go to File>Save As>Support Assets>Save Modified Assets the dialogue will show which properties have been chnaged, one or more of those will be the issue so note them down and then cancel the dialogue. You can then use the list to figure out which property is the issue, zero that, and resave it (though check for updates first, and report it if there are none).
OK, something is wrong with a installed character - MGAB Daria. Again, you clear the scene and reload G9 Dev Load. Don't restore or zero the figure, just follow the screenshot attached first.
Then you'll probably find a control dial of Daria or something like that. It should have a default value of 100% I presume. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of that dial, enter 0 into Default field, Accept. Then Alt + Click that dial to Zero it.
File - Save As - Support Asset - Save Modified Assets. Clear the scene and reload G9. See if that'll work.
PS: If you bought this MGAB Daria from renderhub.com, just send a PM / email to the vendor to report this issue.
Thanks, that got it!!
