Measurements for Genesis 9

Okay, I've got the height down using the tape measurer in Measure Metrics. Now I'm have fun with measure breast, waist, and hips using the tailor tape. It is totally off. Is there something I'm missing?

Are you targetting the tailor's tapes so they measure only the required sections?
