Head Morph Resource Kit vs Head Morphs
What is the difference between using a head morph set for G3 Female and a resource kit? They sound like they both do the same thing to me. Then I see that there are 2 kits. So in all there is:
- Genesis 3 Female Head Morph Resource Kit
- Genesis 3 Female Head Morph Resource Kit 2
- Genesis 3 Female Head Morphs
- 200 Plus - Head & Face Morphs for Genesis 3 Female
I understand that you can use the morphs in the kits to sell your own models. But does that mean you can't use them together with these other morph sets? How would I even know if I accidentally used a non kit morph when you see hundreds of morph settings in Daz Studio?
And are the differences betweeen kit 1 and kit 2 significant enough to purchase both? Or is one better than the other?
Ultimately I'd love to be able to create my own characters and even sell them so any help woul dbe appreciated. I read the Read Me links nothing I saw gave great detail.
Thanks.

That is the main difference. The ability to use the morphs in something you sell. That requires mixing morphs with each other and/or with your own to create something unique. You wouldn't just be able to include the morph on its own. As far as accidental, as a responsible creator, you will need to monitor what you use. Most creators color code their sliders...you can also do this in the parameter setting (the cog wheel on a slider). If the sliders are not color coded, do it yourself to distinguish and know which are MRs. That way there are no accidents.
On the consumer level, they are all just different morphs for use in your work.
Thanks for the useful tip, Cris.
