Help With Animation

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Okay I have been trying to make a short "test" dance using Aiko 5 animation with DAZ 4.8. Chose a camera and lighting but when I did a movie render, the screen is blank/black. What am I missing?

    Does a still render of a single frame work? Are you rendering direct to an aniamtion file or to an image sequence?

    I'm rendering as a movie (render settings) avi. I just managed to make a walking sequence with A4. But for some reason Genesis isn't visible in the finished avi. The avi comes out as blank/black screen only.

    How about a single frame rendered to an image (or to new window)?

    Single/Still frame works fine. Just the aniamtion is buggy

    OK, what (other than Aiko) do you have in the scene? Which engine are you using and what are your other render settings?
