Hello, I have been looking for a way to make an animation but I have realized that when doing it at certain intervals it mixes and there is no pause, let's say that the further along the timeline the animation begins to adapt to the pose. or position in which I left it and I really don't know what to do in that part and I have already searched and I can't find the solution, well of course my English is very poor, another thing that has also given me problems is the use of the poses I have downloaded some recently and I have realized that the rotation changes to the model, I adjust it but it is as if it were also saved and when it comes to seeing how it goes, the rotation is seen or it even changes the place from where I left it

Not sure of what you mean for the first point... better post some screenshots.
As for the second point, check if there's rotation value on figure's Hip node.

As such, what I'm looking for is for him to take certain pauses between each pose that I put on him.
If you mean add some pause in between 2 aniBlocks or sth., just drag to move the aniBlock to reserve more space.
Or bake blocks into Timeline for more advanced manipulation.

In such a thing I am using the timeline directly and not aniblocks
That interpolation is correct otherwise the pose change will be abrupt.
If you really need that effect, bake aniblocks to timeline and make it with timeline
