Cyprus Tree Exported to Unreal leaves are glitchy?
I tried to raise/lower the opacity mask clip value of the texture in Unreal and that did not stabilize the color.
Any suggestions on this would be much appreciated.

Without additional info and pictures it's hard to even guess what's happening.
there are 2 ways of achieving opacity in Unreal,
Transparency is not the same as masking and tends to give the effect you are describing
your mask should be only 2 channels black and white for the best results
also dithering
