It is helpful if you list the products purchased. From your screenshot it appears you have https://www.daz3d.com/undead-for-hh-giganotosaurus which, as the name and the required product entry indicate, is an add-on for https://www.daz3d.com/hh-giganotosaurus - do you have that, and is it installed?
