M1 Mac: DAZ DIM fails to install Postgress and Daz Studio

Hi, on an M1 Mac with Sonoma, I installed a fresh copy of Daz Dim. I set the content directories so that apps go to the Mac drive, and content to an external drive. Content seems to install properly, but postgress and DazStudio get downloaded, and then fail to install - a red "Retry" button appears in the Ready to Install tab. If I press Retry, a short flicker happens where it clearly tries to do something, and then the Retry button returns. There is no error message.

Is there an in-depth log in DAZ Dim, or something that can help me to diagnose or solve this problem?

Found the install log, but it is not helpful:

No indication why the installations fail.

Found another log file HLog.txt. According to this, the issue is access permissions to the disk. Added full disk access to DAZ DIM in security settings, and now it works.
