Lot of information floating around but being selfish and concerned posting my own.
Yesterday I updated Daz Studio to one that had Face Transfer 2.....great
Yesterday Purchased the item (not trial<)
Entered serial number into box provided...Great
Problem: all the images have watermarks, cannot save.
Remember this is product released last few day.

Which figure are you using? The face Transfer 2 license covers Genesis 9, Genesis 8 is covered by the original version and will still have watermarks if only a Face Transfer 2 license is activated.

So be clear no matter what model I have....there should be no watermarks?
By inserting the serial number....does that complete registration.

Yes, puit the new serial number in the placehiolder box (it will have SDZFTFR-020 followed by Xs to show which code goes there) and restart Daz Studio.
That was done, from all appearances i have a trial version.!!!

Yes, if the box for the serial number has vanished in About Installed Plug-in for both versions then Genesis 8 and 9 should save without watermarks.
Update....Genesis 8 figure....no watermark
Gebnesis 9 still watermark.

I reinserted the serial number checked and restarted.

OK sit up.
When Face transfer 2 has its serial number inserted, you are still working on the trial basis
of 3 images. Although you inserted the serial number you are still not official.
After trial period ends, program asks you to insert the serial number again, this time it registers

You haven't put the serial number in - if you had the box would go, as it has for the other plug-ins (including Face transfer) - the greyed out text is a guide to which serial goes there, since people soemtimes get in a muddle and enter the wrong one, it shows the first few characters that identify the product and then a string of Xs that will be the unique part of the actual code.

I had put the serial number in and checked the mark.
Evidentally would not "take" until I made 3 faces.

Sorry, not correct, I did paste serial number in the box and cxhecked it.....three times!!!!!!1
That was part of the problem, each paste started the trial period again.
Finally, in exasperation, I created 3 faces in a row (each took about 10 min) on the fourth attempt would not save.
Then I went and pasted the serial number again and checked, then it worked.
Trust me, Spent too much time on this to lie.
Program only recently released, we will see if more people experience this.
That is why I suggest leaving this post.

OK, what do you mean by checked - that you put the serial number in and clicked the OK/Accept button in the help>About Installed Plug-in dialogue, then restarted Daz studio as prompted? If you justs aw the tick mark that simply means that the dialogue is confirming that the serial number is correct, not that it has been registered.
Correct, put the serial number in checked, shut progral down, opened it again box greyed out, thought ok.
But keep in mind I bought the program yesterday, when it came out.
Not the trial version, but I guess the trial version becomes the normal.
None of this is specified in the instructions.
So i buy what i think is the full version, get watermarks. slightly irritated and stay that way.

But did you close the help>About Installed Plug-ins dialogue with an OK (cancel/X will not record the code) and then OK the restart? It siunds very much as if your were cancelling out - possibly by accident, clicking the Close box, and so not getting the plug-in serialised.
