RSSY G2M to G8M Clothing Converter

I am trying to convert the clothing found in Genesis 2 Starter Essentials package. When I click on 'Execute' I keep getting the following message:

'data/SickleYield2018/RSSYG2ToG8Converter/Conformers/G2M to G8M/InstallManagerFileManager..duf'

(Yes, there are two dots preceding duf).

Where can I find this file? It is not under SicklyYield2018, nor is it under RiverSoftArt or Scripts.

If I try to use 'Execute from selected', 'Convert Item(s)' or 'Force Convert Item(s)' I get the error message 'No items selected. Please select some items and try again.'. This, despite the fact that the items I want to convert are all ticked in the Clothing Item Files.
