About Unreal

I've been meaning to learn Unreal for a while since I'm somewhat able to do what I need to do with Daz so I thought it be fun to take another step! The goal is to make a Unreal trailer for a story I have so the things I'm wondering:

Is it possible to use Daz outfits in Unreal so using the bridge say move a Genesis 8 character with a gun and outfit and use it in Unreal with animations from say  https://www.mixamo.com/#/ either on a character from Unreal or a uploaded Genesis 8 

 I have quite a lot of Daz assets to use but will be a bit of a shame if I'm unable to use them I am aware some props will need to be loaded ceperately that's not a problem I just want to know what I can and can't do to begin with

With Daz I had to start somewhere and not knowing anything made the task a little daunting but hopefully with these answered I can start making something or looking a bit more at tutorial's 

I probably have more questions that will need answering as I go
