Geo-Grafting problem

All the sudden my Genesis 8.1 Male Genitalia for Female is not grafting on the Genesis 8.1 female model.

Any idea why this is and how to fix it?

Red is the model

Blue is the geo-graft.

P.S. I have uninstalled and reinstalled all my assets. That didn't solve the problem so I uninstalled EVERYTHING and then reinstalled it all back and that still hasn't fixed the problem.

Which tool is active (Tools menu)?
