Moved Content Folder but Didn't Move User Data Help

I moved my library folder to a new drive to make space on my SSD drive. I didn't know that I also had to move my user data. So now my characters are in default figure form without any of the morphs I set on them. Is there a way to get my characters back?

What do you mean by 'user data'? Do you mean the 'data' folder?
That's the thing...I'm not sure what it is I have to move. I saw in another post someone said to move the user data first before moving the content folder. Basically, I'm looking to fix whatever it is that saved all my input to shape the characters through the parameters.
User_Data is the name of the file that saves any categories that you have created yourself, and is used to display them in the Smart Content pane, so I don;t think that is the problem.
The 'data' folder is part of the default library folder, 'My DAZ 3D Library' did you save the entire folder> If so, the data folder should still be there.
It sounds more top me like DAZ Studio cannot find the data folder, and you can probably fix that by going to Edit > Preferences > Content Library > Content Directory Manager, and making sure that the new location of your library folder is listed under both DAZ Studio Formats AND Poser Formats.
If that is not the problem, please explain more fully what is happening when you load a figure, and any error messages that you are getting.
All locations point to the new drive in content directory manager. I do see the data folder in my new location. But I also see a data folder in cache from Roaming/Daz3D/dson/cache which is still on my C drive. Does that have to be changed too? The error seems to be specific to "Evolution" morphs. So basically, everything is present, just my "shaping" of the characters is not.
Edit: I also noticed my smart content area is empty except for "unassigned".
