THE RIG DOES NOT DEFORM THE SAME WAY FOR SOME REASON!

Hello, DAZ!
As you can clearly see here(https://ibb.co/ZmsVmqX) the leg, when moved to the side(like in the photo) gives me that deformation, but when i do it in DAZ, i get this(https://ibb.co/PQy2jbF) which looks far better and so much more realistic than inside of CINEMA 4D.
WHY AM I GETTING DIFFERENT RESULTS? In DAZ i selected the character and exported it as .FBX, then i went to CINEMA 4D and imported the .FBX of the character, and i get different deformations? WHAT'S THE MATTER? WHY?
This is the character im working with(Torment 8.1 | Daz 3D).
So does anyone know how to fix this?
Thanks in advacne.

Because in D|S the correction morphs actually work.
You may send your char to C4D with Daz to C4D bridge by transferring corrective morphs at the same time. Then you can correct the morphs in C4D after posing your figure.
Im using CINEMA 4D latest version(2024.1.0), and DAZTOC4D Bridge is not updated yet to support it. is there another workaround
yeah, it's good when things work, and not so good when they do not. So do you know of any fix for this? i tried rigger plus, but it didnt change anything
Oh, yes, there're some bugs in the bridge with C4D 2024 ~ If so, you just directly export to FBX with Export rules defined (default pJCMs + character's pJCMs).... then dial them in C4D after import, as attached.
PS: You may use bridge to choose what morphs you're gonna export then they'll be saved within Rules...that'll be much faster than manual setting rules or importing CSV. Then directly export to FBX file.
Hello, thanks for the reply. However, i cant seem to find antyhing in the "export morphs" as you can see(https://ibb.co/9shCjST)
Pls follow this clip to define the rules - https://mega.nz/file/3GxiETKa#pDjChyBGNZ35YEPW3tF9oAGU_Xq5sjEPJxdI3miJKi8
PS: If without bridge, you may also manually define the rules there with "key words", as the attached SS.
Man, i feel sorry for dragging you through this. Unfourtenately, this did not work. I followed the clip as thouroughly as possible, but it didnt give me the results i want(refer to my post).
But on a good note, i managed to get an old copy of CINEMA 4D and it does work wonders with DAZC4D Bridge. so now i have a functioning DAZC4D Bridge, so can you elaborate how can i use it to fix that problem?
Thank you Bro.
I'm sorry but I don't know by which step you're stuck.... you could not define Export rules or you've done it well but could not make it work in C4D ? or the current bridge works with the older version of C4D but you could not make corrective morphs work ?
Edit: DO NOT use DS 4.22.0.1 General Release... you either use 4.21.0.5 General Release, or 4.22.0.9 Public Build (or 4.21.1.80 Public Build if you did not update PB)
here, you can take a looka t this clip. it explains everything. https://mega.nz/file/QmUGgSob#TmQEGDeiDI7sd3WJHeQI89QRinX5HuNqst1o5TLBv3g
Im using daz 4.22.01 pro
As I said above, DO NOT use 4.22.01 General Release. There's a bug with FBX export in 4.22.01. Use 4.21.0.5 or the latest public build 4.22.0.9.
Like the the attached screenshot, I use 4.22.0.9 and C4D 2024, there's no issue by now. You have to manually dial the properties of pJCMs in C4D. C4D is not like Blender which use shape keys to automatically drive the corrective morphs. You have to manually dial them after posing.
Ok, it did work now. However, i do character animation, and to animate using only FK(Forward Kinematics) is a nightmare i wish to not live and endure. If i followed the method you suggested(to use DAZC4D BRIDGE to only export morphs, and then export as .FBX) i don't get IK(Inverse Kinematics) i only get FK. But if i used the DAZC4D BRIDGE i get IK, but the thigh morph and jaw, for some reason, are broken, like why the hell is the jaw broken WHATTATATATTAT THIS IS STUPID MAN. sorry, anyway, can you please help again.
Im verry sorry on behalf of these developers.
(and yeah, i switched to Daz 4.21.0.5 pro)
I'm afraid I don't have a win-win solution by now. You may check the page of github, even nobody responded to the similar issue there. Or you may report the issue there as needed.
https://github.com/daz3d/DazToC4D/issues
That was why I switched to Blender with Diffeomorphic add-on years ago...
guess whati, this issue has been roaming the daz community for over a year now. Check this out: Moves By Maxon Lower Jaw Distorting when mouth is open more than a small amount · Issue #45 · daz3d/DazToC4D · GitHub
what a shame, what a shaaaaaaaaaaame .
I did not see that LOL... so it seems it results from Rigging by the bridge, that's why a standard FBX works...
