How to add your own button to the dashboard?

Hi. I can't add my icon to the daz toolbar. 

I decided to put there auto focus and mash grabber. But when adding nothing changes, except the interface runs to the left.
Can someone hint? Well, and immediately a question how to solve the problem with the departure to the left?

    MikeD provided the script of "Add to menu and Toolbar", you may use it. (Scrennshot 1). Then check if you activate the toolsbar of Tools (Screenshot 2)

    It worked, thank you. For some reason my script from MikeD to add icons to the toolbar broke, so I had to do it manually.

    It worked, thank you. For some reason my script from MikeD to add icons to the toolbar broke, so I had to do it manually.

    No problem ~ manual setup is also fine.
