Usually. Click the "help" button up top and open a ticket. There should be an automated reply or 2 to your email address which indicates the ticket was received.
Explain nicely what the problem is and I always suggest asking for "store credit" and then you can buy the right product :-)
IF a product purchased enabled another purchase on the order at a lower price, it may not be returnable but it never hurts to ask. CS here tends to be very good.
That only happens in certain sales, the Ones with punches or something similar. And it is always spelled out if that is the case, before the sale starts. At any other time the Refund is automatic, on request.
Must be that cache system, I was certain there was no post between mine and the OP lol ... and yes it's only in certain sales and each time somebody "forgets".
