How to Change Viewport?

in New Users

In DAZ studio when I'm posing a scene, I'd like to change the viewport to say Anamorphic Scope so I can position the figures within that space. Cameras won't cut it for me, I'd like to have that box with the thick border that I get when I'm in render mode. Currently I go back and forth between view and render to fine tune the figures' positions and it's time consuming. Can I have that render box in the view pane?

    In the drop-down menu at the top of the Viewport make sure that 'Show Aspect Frame' is ticked, that will show it in the Viewport.

    Thank JimmyC. And will I have to go to render to change presets or can I do it from the posing pane?

    You will need to go to the Render Settings pane to change it.   There are many presets available, and also 'Custom' so that you can set whatever aspect ratio you want yourself by selcting height and width in pixels.
