Help me please..

Hi everyone, I have a little problem. I bought the "UnforgettableHDForGenesis9" package and installed it with Daz install manager. However, when I go to load the actor in Daz it gives me these errors, it doesn't find these three files.
/Runtime/Textures/DAZ/Characters/Genesis9/Base/Eyelashes/Genesis9_Eyelashes05_C.jpg
/Runtime/Textures/DAZ/Characters/Genesis9/Base/Eyelashes/Genesis9_Eyelashes05_NM.jpg
/Runtime/Textures/DAZ/Characters/Genesis9/Base/Eyes/Split/Genesis9_Eyes_Iris_05b.png
How can I do?

There seem to be issues with eyes from several products, see https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/661341/p3d-rowan-issues-cannot-find-g9-starter-essentials-eyes#latest for example. We would suggest opening a support ticket to report your finding.
