dForce Fashion Simplicity Fantasy - clipping issue on arms

Hello! Sorry if this is the wrong place to post. I bought the Fashion Simplicity Fantasy outfit which is beautiful. Unfortunately after running the dForce sim I am getting lots of clipping into the arms with the shawl. https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-fashion-simplicity-fantasy-outfit-for-genesis-8-and-81-females is the product

Any ideas what I am doing wrong? :) Doesn't seem to matter how long I let the sim run, what pose etc

    Try to post an image of what you are seeing.

    Does the clothing clip before simulation starts?

    How are you simulating - current frame or animated?

    Does the arm(s) pass through other limbs on the way to the final pose?
