I am a newbie: Just started with Michael 6 Bundle. When I use the Michael 6 variety poses, some of the poses have spots where his skin shows through. Don't know how to correct it.
I had that problem too. Go to the SCENE tab on the right, find the body part that is sticking through and click the eye next to it. This "hides" it and the clothes form over hole. If that doesn't work, go to edit, figure, geometry and select the smoothing modifier. And if you get that to work, tell me how. Lol good luck!! I dont mean that sarcastically. I hope it works.
Hiding the body part is the best option if you currently do not need to see it I guess. Other thing you can do is select the clothing item, change the smoothing type to Generic in the parameters tab, and increase the iterations. That smooths the item but it also gets rid of some detail sometimes so be careful there.
THANKS a bunch. I will try both your suggestions and see which one works the best. It is weird because some of the poses it does not do that, but others in the same pack, it does. Do either of you know how to get a figure to sit in a chair? I purchased the Moonlight Diner and accessories, because they were dirt cheap, to practice on. I cannot figure out how to get them to sit in the booths and chairs. Thanks again to you both. :)
There are actually a couple of ways to deal with poke-through, each works in a different way. I suggest that you invest in the Fit-Control Bundle by Zev0: http://www.daz3d.com/fit-control-bundle
This is one of the best utilities I have ever invested in. After M6/G2M is dressed, you load the Fit Control utility, which adds morph dials to each clothing item. You can then morph the clothing to fit. You can also use this to fit clothing from different sets together. There are also dials for boots! Adjust the dials on the pants, and again on the boots.
Poke-Away2
This works by shrinking M6/G2M rather than the clothing. The clothes will retain the original shape of the character, even if the body part has been shrunk to skin on bone - looks really weird when you turn off the visibililty of the clothing (Scene tab, close the eyeball).
Speaking of posing: This takes some practice as well. You will find as you collect items that lots of poses come with.
Quick Sitting Pose Tutorial:
Start with the Pelvis - bend it so the legs lift.
Lift the legs one at a time.
Use Y Trans to lower the figure into the chair. Sink the buttocks into the chair a little. If you have G2F and Glute & Breast Movement, you can use impact on the buttocks to flatten them a little.
Bend each shin.
Bend the abdomen forward and adjust abdomen 2.
Those are the basics - you will have to continue to make adjustments, because nobody sits in a chair that straight. (see first pic).
Active Pose Tool and Pins
I found this and it is a fantastic tool.
Click on the Active Pose Tool. It looks like a little bone, but it doesn't have the arrows or rotate. (pic 2) You have to use the toggles in the Posing Tab.
To get to the Pins, you need the Tool Settings.
With Active Pose selected, click on Tool Settings icon. It's fourth from the right, looks like an arrow with a widget behind it. (pic 3) This will bring up the Tool Settings Dialog.
To add a pin, select a body part, then click on the Toggle Pins button. (pic 4)
To remove a pin, select the pinned body part, then click on Toggle Pins.
To delete a pin. select a body part, then click on Toggle Pins again. To delete them all, click the Un-Pin All button.
With Pins active, you can grab a body part, such as a hand, and drag it. The body will move naturally, but all the pinned locations will remain fixed in place. I used this to bend the girl forward while keeping her buttocks and legs in a fixed position on the mushroom. (pic 5)
THANK YOU Dracorn! Gosh, I am new to DAZ and the Forums. Everyone here is so helpful. This is my first time really working with 3D. I love it, it is so addictive

Most helpful thank you! I had no idea that was even there. Still a newbie though so I spend a lot of time in here reading. and this is why lol.
I purchased the Fit Control for Male/Female and still have problems with clothes etc not confoming right. Any suggestions? These are Genesis and Gen 2 figures. How does it work on wardrobe? Can Genesis fit on Gen 2? And vice versa? Can Genesis stuff fit on M6? Thanks everyone for all your help!

In addition Sickleyield has some clothing rigs that can also help when you are using Genesis and Michael 4 clothing on G2M. http://www.daz3d.com/sickle-tunic-rig-genesis-2-male
I only own one Genesis 3 Female item (Rune Outfit), and it fit nicely by using Genesis 3 Female for Genesis 2 Female without having to use the utilities: http://www.daz3d.com/genesis-3-female-for-genesis-2-female-s
With these items and a little practice (and sometimes lots of patience), you can pretty much fit anything.
THANKS Dracorn for all the tips!! I will look into those bundles.

The apron, if it is separate from the skirt, should probably be fit to the figure but set to collide with the skirt.
The shoes are missing the pose that puts the feet in the proper position...and keeps them flat on the floor.
The shirt should probably collide with the jeans...
Both 1 and 3 are handled in the Parameters tab under the Smoothing/Collision settings.
#2 should have a pose in with the shoes...or if it doesn't you'll need to pose the feet/toes.
