Question about the update to older OOT hairs

So I remember there was a issue with newer DAZ Studio not like a shader that OOT used on his older hars, causing crashes. IIRC all his hairs that use this shader are being updated

Anyway Ive been looking at the Linda Pony Tail for G8, has this beern fixed? If it hasnt will uninstalling & reinstailling the only other OOT hairs I have, Soft Curls Ponytail for Genesis 9 and Victoria 9 and Glamorous Style Hair for Genesis 8 and 9 replace that shader, or do they work differently?

Thanks, so it looks like the shader update will install with the DIM. 

I always forget about the product index in the documentaion centre, its updated for most products, should have checked there first.
