Can't even install DAZ Studio now...

I reinstalled the system software on my PC (Windows 10 Home version 22H2...the most recent version). I went to the Daz website, logged in, clicked on download DAZ Studio, which took me to the DIM, which I downloaded and logged in. BUT it will not actually install anything. I tried installing things in the cue, but it flickers for a second and then the click boxes says "Retry". I tried only installing DAZ Studio, but again, it just ignores the command and the click-box says "Retry." 

So, I cannot even install the basic program now, even with a fresh install of my computers system software, so like brand new computer.

Is this is common problem? Any known solutions?

    Rretry means the download failed, I would suggest closing and restarting the application - ideally after a short break.

    Did that, among several other things. Never had this problem in years. Still using the same computer. I submitted a request to DAZ help.

    No virus software installed. Same set-up I've used for four years. I submitted a ticket to DAZ help. We'll see what they say...

    Just a thought, does the disk have enough space available for the download?
