How to view progress of support tickets?

Earlier this week I submitted a ticket for customer support. I was wondering if there's a way to view any progress or response on Daz. I can't find it and all I got was a confirmation email from them about recieving the ticket and that's it. Any ideas?

Crosswind, thanks for the link. Don't know why they don't have it at an eaiser place to find. Funny thing, though, the ticket I submitted earlier this week isn't on that list. How long does it take for them to respond?
That's weird as it should be a list of all your tickets. Did you get a confirmation email after submitting it?
As for how long it takes, that really depends on the type of ticket. Sales issues are usually 2-3 business days (except during big sales when there are tons of tickets), tech issues can take much longer.
It's been almost a week now. I don't remember getting a confirmation email so I checked my inbox, sent folder, and my trash folder and it ain't there. So, either their system went down and the ticket got lost, or they ignored it. Doesn't matter now. My problem was the new update started slowing down my, wait...I think I'm going senile. I can't remember what my ticket was for. The problem I did have was the new update slowed down my rendering a lot, but I got that solve by updating my video driver.
For the life of me I can't remember. Oh well, if and when the problem remerge I'll post another ticket.
Damn, I'm getting old.
