Measuring the height of a Genesis 8 figure/modifying height

Hi, how can I use Measure Metrics to measure the height of a Genesis 8 figure if there are no predefined Genesis nodes? I am interested in the height in cm if possible, otherwise feet/inches would work too!!!

Also, what is the best utility to change the height of a figure and measure it?

Many morph packs come with dials to change the height and proportions of the figure
