Cant download anything

I'm on a new computer after not being a daz user for a while and I dont know if its bc I made a new account or what but I can download DIM but cant download anything inside it

    You previous purchases will be associated with the account you used when purchasing them. If you created a new account, you won't see products purchased with a different account.

    You will need to submit a ticket (be sure to log in from the upper right) to get your account fixed so you can have access to all your previous purchases on the old account.
