Fail to connect

Please help.
I am stuck and unable to use this app. I just downloaded it and wanted to try it. So it did install, I registered and logged in on the website and the app. It opens to the install manager. Here it gives me a list of items that can be downloaded. The problem is it will not download anything regardless of its size. "Install Manager is not currently connected to the Content Management Service. Attempt to establish a connection now?" I click Yes, but nothing. It doesn't connect. I am online and my signal is strong. What am I doing wrong?

1st...Have you suffiently and necessarily configure the installation path(s) of Daz Library in Install Manager?
What operating system are you using? What security software?
