4.22 Poses/Expressions not working anyone for a way to fix it? using 101 Expressions with dials and when loading in 1 G8F it half way works the first selection but then zip zadda zilch after that.......not just that pack either but that my usual pack

    Yup, but all others arent working as well, Daz store or others, 99% of poses are working but not expressions....

    I just tested this product with G8.0/G8.1 in 4.22, so far so good... can you name an expression dial that has problem?

    I just animated facial expressions of a cyborg with that product over 600 frames. Turned out great. Works the same as it always has for me.

    Just two cents. 

     

    I have a feeling that something messed with your data directory where the dials are installed to. 

    I would open DIM, search for the product, right-click > Show Installed Files

    Click on one of the files that go into the 'data' directory - this will take you directly to the folder where the files need rto be installed to. 

    Check the contents of the directory compared to what DIM says it should have.

    Really? Oh man... something's messed up. 

    Something likely Not related to the new version since it certainly didn't happen to me or crosswind.

     

    It feels to me like - as I said earlier - something is messed up with your data directory. Or perhaps somehow you saved an overwrite of your base figure with the rigging messsed up.(?)

    How were the expressions installed?

    Did OP log in to Daz Studio?

    One obvious culprit for the problems is Daz Connect, the other is updating G8 essentials, which installs the dummy files that prevent G8 expressions from working on G8.1

    Not enough information to know what might be the case.

    Well to wrap up, I didn't figure out the fix but I uninstalled cleared all the extra files like data in the cache reinstalled played around had same problems and bought a new laptop. I was already looking around before.
