New computer - Morphs Wont load

I recently bought a new computer and I thought could get all my stuft working because I had keeped all my content on an exturnal hard drive, but is was not to be. I soon noticed that although I got my smart content working, none of my Genesis 8 female characters would load due to the morphs for those characters not loading! I installed these characters initialy both manually and using DIM. Please help!
