Issue with Left Hand & Elbow

For some reason 1 of my characters is having issues with her left wrist & elbow.  I have no idea what is causing it, can anyone tell me how I can figure out what can be causing it.  I've also attached the character's log file, there are some missing items (as I'm rebuilding my daz library on a new SSD due to my previous hard drive failing, still installing items)

Only on left arm ?

1. first, Ctrl + Shift + F
2. 2nd, Edit - Figure - Rigging - Adjust Rigging to Shape...
3. then, tick "Show Hidden Properties" in context menu (hambergur menue) in Parameters pane. Select Currently Used..., check if there's any weird or wrong morphs dialed (except for the character morphs you use...), especially intiated with PBM, FBM or pJCM
