Too much fireflies using certain HDRi lightning

When I use certain HDRi for studio lightning, a lot of fireflies appear, especially skin. Sometimes it get worse no matter how much iterations have passed.
It, however, doesn't happen when "Draw Ground" is disabled. But then of course there are no shadows on the ground.
