Is there a way to view the current euler rotations of a joint?

The Joint Editor tool it appears to show the initial rotations (orientation) of each joint, however these values don't update when the joint is rotated, such as bending the thigh.

Is there any way to view the actual current joint orientation values when bending a joint?

No... those are rigged and memorized position values of Bones. They don't change when you dial Bend on Thigh nodes...
