Bridging to Hexagon and Photoshop

in New Users
Exactly how do I do this? I don't which files I need to point to to get it to bridge. My photoshop elements has a photo shop bridge but I don't know how to link with it. And I know Hexago does as well but have no idea how to set that up

Its a while since I installed Hexagon but I think the bridge installed at the same time so you should be able to see the icon in Studio under File - Send To Hexagon
You then just select the figure or prop you want to send over & click send to hexagon & it will open it automatically so you can do your changes & send it back to Daz once you are done.
As far as I know the Photoshop bridge does not work with Elements so you won't be able to use that - I have CC2015 so I am not 100% certain on this
Okay thank you! I know when I load my elements it actually has a part that says photoshop bridge so maybe I can figure out how to get it to work. thanks for the help!
The bridge does not work with Elements at all, it requires C24 or higher to work at all I believe.
With the bridge to Hex, do NOT open Hex first, just select you figure (or prop) and use the File > Sned to Hexagon option, and Hex will open foryou. Give it a minute, and you should see the figure loaded inside Hexagon. You can then make alterations to the vertice, and send it back to DS, where Morph Loader Pro will pop up and ask if you want to create a morph.
Awesome thank you!
Just a technical note. The "bridge" that you seeing in Elements is not the DAZ Photoshop Bridge. The latter is a plugin that allows DAZ Studio to access Photoshop for image editing tasks. As others have said, it only works with the later, full versions of Photoshop. The bridge that you are seeing in Elements is an entirely different thing, a utility that is used for content organizing and sharing called Adobe Bridge.
Thank you! I always wondered why that popped up. Its not that big of a deal, its not that difficult to load things into photoshop for post work anyway. And the full version is far to expensive for me. And the elements program has like 80% of the features that the full version does anyway. Although the pen tool is the one thing I lust after in the full version. but its not worth another $600 for that since I am definitely in the hobby realm at the moment.
