Hope Stezza does not mind me hijacking his thread, as I thought about keeping the Carrara part of my projects included in this thread, if he does I will move to another thread !!!

no problems at all @Bunyip02 ... I wish more Carrara users would post their wacky modelling in this thread..

I've been out of action this week and last week with COVID! .... still not right yet angry

    but carry on yes

Oh man, my husband and I got Covid about a year ago and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. I honestly wasn't sure if I was going to make it for a while there - the fervor was bad and I was really quite sick. It was the sickest I've ever been in my entire life and I've had some pretty rough sicknesses. This was a whole different level of scary sick. It took over a month but the hubby and I both recovered for the most part, but we both lost our sense of smell for a few weeks. A year later and our sense of smell still isn't right and we often smell phantom smells that aren't there. Cigarette smoke in particular is a frequent one - though no one in the house smokes nor do any of our neighbors, we'll smell intense and very stinky cigarette smells and it's been going on for many months. Very strange. We're just happy though that we made it through and that we regained our sense of smell. I know some people, years after getting Covid, still have not recovered fully.

I REALLY hope you're doing well and that you've recovered! *big hugs*

Yesterday I modelled from my body a dog.... boned and morphed him and put him in a scene today with a free toilet seat I got and then modified to work in Carrara yes

"A dog?" Bluey would be sad to hear herself called just "a dog". lol :D Very cute!

thanks, was the first time for me and the missus, took a while to get over it just the razor blade throat was a pain mainly for us, bit of a cough and headaches but pretty much ok now.. I didn't lose my taste and our last vaccination  was three years ago. Apparently it's going like wild fire through our area in the schools and retirement villages mainly.

Glad you all are ok though it can linger on, I seem to get tired a lot more now, but we'll try and carry on .. thanks for the **hugs.. and back at you** smiley

Oh and as for getting tired a lot more now - that was common for us too for a few months after Covid. We were so tired all the time. Felt like we woke up tired and just got more tired. Thankfully it eventually got better and we're back to our old energy levels. It sounds like you didn't get as sick as we did so I hope that means you're going to recover fully faster than us. Just take it easy and give yourself lots of patience and care. :)

Thanks !!! Castle generated by me. Castle generation by Procedural Medieval Castle Generator by Blender Procedural in Blender, available at Blender Market.

Castle is interesting, but the Generator has done a few elements that would make an Architect go "Eeeeekkk". No Entrance/Draw Bridge, but could be modelled in.

Blender has a lot of Procedural Generators which reduce the modelling demands, can focus on ripping out some interesting designs in a short time period.

it used to mean behind the scenes cheeky

maybe it refers to the plastic surgery popular among the Kpop stars cheeky

BTS stands for the South Korean phrase "Bangtan Sonyeondan", which roughly translates to "Bulletproof Boy Scouts".

I didn't bother Googling but figured it was something Korean wink

all those groups are very polished, pretty and disciplined

I know they are very popular but as an old Generation Joneser, while I do indeed love pretty Glam boys such as The Sweet, Led Zeppelin, The Who the various hair bands,  etc, the overproduced Autotuned poppy "catchy" music itself is not really my taste, I like more  guitar driven stuff.

the only Korean song I have heard was for the Supweme Weader a few months ago angel
