Oh man, my husband and I got Covid about a year ago and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. I honestly wasn't sure if I was going to make it for a while there - the fervor was bad and I was really quite sick. It was the sickest I've ever been in my entire life and I've had some pretty rough sicknesses. This was a whole different level of scary sick. It took over a month but the hubby and I both recovered for the most part, but we both lost our sense of smell for a few weeks. A year later and our sense of smell still isn't right and we often smell phantom smells that aren't there. Cigarette smoke in particular is a frequent one - though no one in the house smokes nor do any of our neighbors, we'll smell intense and very stinky cigarette smells and it's been going on for many months. Very strange. We're just happy though that we made it through and that we regained our sense of smell. I know some people, years after getting Covid, still have not recovered fully.
I REALLY hope you're doing well and that you've recovered! *big hugs*
"A dog?" Bluey would be sad to hear herself called just "a dog". lol :D Very cute!
thanks and nope.. I mainly give them away to Carrara users if anyone wants them
wacky hey!
today, these wacky Carrara cubes have turned into these fellas... for the wacky season
one is actually based on a weird character I'd never heard of till today... ( the one on the left... )
do you recognise it?
thanks, was the first time for me and the missus, took a while to get over it just the razor blade throat was a pain mainly for us, bit of a cough and headaches but pretty much ok now.. I didn't lose my taste and our last vaccination was three years ago. Apparently it's going like wild fire through our area in the schools and retirement villages mainly.
Glad you all are ok though it can linger on, I seem to get tired a lot more now, but we'll try and carry on .. thanks for the **hugs.. and back at you**
@wsterdan hasn't been seen in a long while.. hope all is ok over there in Canadia
Awesome !!!
Castle uploaded to ShareCG - https://sharecg.com/v/101506/view/5/3D-Model/Carrara_Castle_1-by-Bunyip02
that's a super looking castle @Bunyip02
does it have an entrance and a draw bridge?
thankyou, all I can say is
DO IT
there is also this thread which managed to get to 100 pages that you can look at
Wacky Modelling ~ In Carrara ~ - Daz 3D Forums
Thanks !!! Castle generated by me. Castle generation by Procedural Medieval Castle Generator by Blender Procedural in Blender, available at Blender Market.
Castle is interesting, but the Generator has done a few elements that would make an Architect go "Eeeeekkk". No Entrance/Draw Bridge, but could be modelled in.
Blender has a lot of Procedural Generators which reduce the modelling demands, can focus on ripping out some interesting designs in a short time period.
+ 1
It looks a lot like the comic hero named .... the Flash
it kinda does doesn't it...
it's actually AnpanMan
I'd never heard of it till yesterday... It's a Japanese super hero ... whose head is made of anpan which is a Japanese bread.. wacky stuff hey..
I also have never heard of it untill now. Indeed wacky stuff.
+ 1
indeed... so time for a wacky banana stuck onto a canvas just because!
An expensive serving for a snack !!!
I only heard of it through BTS's song:
quite a productionline you have there.. so, let's go bananas!.. i'm gonna check my (bank)account, will 1000 Gold Carrara Internet Points be enough? ;-)
i don't even know or heard of BTS lol
but yeah... anpan man is a superhero in Japan!
it used to mean behind the scenes
maybe it refers to the plastic surgery popular among the Kpop stars
nice +
I didn't bother Googling but figured it was something Korean
all those groups are very polished, pretty and disciplined
I know they are very popular but as an old Generation Joneser, while I do indeed love pretty Glam boys such as The Sweet, Led Zeppelin, The Who the various hair bands, etc, the overproduced Autotuned poppy "catchy" music itself is not really my taste, I like more guitar driven stuff.
the only Korean song I have heard was for the Supweme Weader a few months ago
wacky!
thanks.... covid did weird things to my thought processes..... that's my excuse anyways
