How to select all keys of a character on a frame in timeline?

    First tick TRSOAH in Types dropdown list, then drag your LMB to marquee select the key frame(s).

    Why couldn't you ?  In fact, you even don't have to expand the nodes... just select or click that key frame (black triangle) of the character, all of its sub-nodes will be selected.

    Select as many as you can, then release the mouse. Scroll down, hold down cmd(Mac)/ctrl(Win) and drag to add the next block. Repeat as needed.
