Losing my scripts!

Hi all, I'm having a minor issue but it is bugging me and it is this... I've been saving shortcuts to certain actions under my 'scripts' drop-down, but recently, when I change my workspace, they are lost. If I go back to the original workspace, they are still lost. How can I preserve those scripts when I change workspace etc?

should be the similar issue no matter it relates to Scripts or Favorites menu item...
