A program to monitor and create uninstaller for content

Hi I'm new here. I frequently add daz/poser content to the content library and its getting too many and very difficult for me to find my needed content. I want to temporary uninstall some of them but these content are not DIM friendly(mostly from renderosity, drag n drop from zip files) which do not have uninstaller. And for some reason now my content is all messed up so i need to re-install all library content from scratch.

So my question is,

before I go any further on re-install content, is there a program to monitor the drag n drop operation(from zip file to content folder) and create an uninstaller?

I have looked into Revo Uninstaller but realized its monitoring need to start from an exe installer. Other than this, I cannot find any other program to do what i needed on google. I hope you guys here can point me to the program to do this job. And I think the program I need will also help many daz/poser users here.

I don't have problems with daz store content. The problem is I have many content that come from renderosity and also sharecg. Anyone knows a solution?
