how to export with a rig correctly

i guess the title says it all . can someone tell me how to export right ? whenever i export my character looks broken and the eyes are washed out .. i almost ran out of ideas i wanna use my model on blender g3f vigilante outfit

Is it just the textures? (Tip, there is an Eye Moisture surface that could be the 'washed out' look)
