Forgot the name of Add-ons for cars-- Solved!

Apologies for this but I've been looking through my purchases till August and still can't find it blush

Does anyone know the name of the product or the content creator for a set that you can use to customize cars?  The product art has the German GT Sportscar transformed into a futuristic flying car.  The set has things like hubcaps, grills, etc.  

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction angel
