Background Bug?

Hi, I just installed Daz Studio 4.21 yesterday and background no longer works. Going to Environment Tab and selecting Type Backdrop does nothing at all in the viewport. The tab changes so you can select a color backdrop or load a picture (which I want to do) and I can browse and load an image so that a tiny thumbnail shows up in the Environment Tab but the viewport just stays blue. How can I fix this please?

The Viewport is on Filament view, try changing it.
