Slow rendering for specific model - FG Bistro

I have a reasonably up to date computer, 64 G Ram, RTX 2080 Ti G card
A typical scene, example, plains and mountains with one Gen 9 figure, at 2000 x 1500 pixels will render to 100 percent in about 18 minutes
I have the model, FG Bistro, which looks very nice but takes a very long time to render
An interior rendering at 2000 x 1500 takes around 6 hours!
Does anyone else have this model and this issue?
Is there a particular feature of this model that might be the source of this?
It doesn’t seem to have any fog cubes
It does a have lots of emissive surfaces

I don't have it, but I would assume that you have run out of VRAM and done fallback to CPU, which takes a lot longer. You can check your log to see (Halp > Troubleshooting > View Log File).
There are many textures in the set, but you might also check if your character has a high subD, and/or strand based hair can be a killer.
The textures are taking 5GB's of RAM and when rendering Iray with the default compression settings, they take about
2.5GB's of VRAM and the geometry takes some too.Edit: Loaded up the scene, selected one of the ready made cameras and rendered; Geometry takes 350MB's of VRAM and Textures 3.3GB's of VRAM (Rendered at 1920x1200)
Your GPU has 11GB's of VRAM, about 4GB's is taken by Windows, DS, the scene and the necessary working space,
so you should still have about 4GB's left. So you have about 3.5GB's leftStrand hairs and high SubD's can eat through VRAM like candy
thanks for the input
I have started looking at the log file, not quite sure how to decipher it yet, not real sure where a particular rendering starts, I am starting one on the hour so it should be obvious
Just the 2 figures, one with strand hair, by themselves render very fast, a few minutes,
I have found in the past that a render that tock a day (should have stopped it sooner) tock only an hour or so if I rebooted the computer and did nothing else before starting the render, so I have tried that
Looking at the log file, part of it below, I do see where it had a problem,
Then, interestingly, later has the line:

If the figures are G9, it's probably too much.
I use G8 and one character with clothing and hair takes from 800MB's to 2GB's of VRAM, G9 takes more.
Use the eye-icon to hide items that are not visible to the camera. That will reduce the VRAM load.
