Head transfer from M4 to Genesis with GenX2

I cannnot seem to transfer the head morph using the GenX2 plugin.   The body morph transfers without a problem.  I do not seem to have any issues with a full transfer from Genesis to G2 male.    I appreciate anyone's guidance.

    Do you have everything in one content folder, or multiple content folders?

    They are in multiple folders.   Should I move them to one?  I also had the old version of GenX.  Does that go in the folder as well or should I delete or leave as is?  Thanks for your comment.

    I seem to recall that having the old version installed can cause problems.

    I checked and it isn't installed....just on my machine.
