Creating shaders...?

Hello there,

 

does anyone know how to get extensive quality tutorials on creating your own shaders? I found some shader-mixer tuts but what about shader builder??

Have you tried you tube?  I'm really new so I can't speak for anyting specific but I can usually find a decent amount of stuff on you tube.  Also, I have looked at some tutorials here on Daz for sale for morphs and modelling so there may be some on making shaders as well.

I learned a great deal from examining products. Now that we have the aux viewport it's easier and quicker to go down the surfaces tab experimenting. I've found a lot of freedom with Ubersurface but have not experimented with shader mixer or builder. I've found a photo editing program that let's you control offset is a must for making seamless textures.
