Reversing pose with morph not working

I'm trying to reverse a pose by exporting the figure as obj, then importing the obj as a morph using morph loader pro, then setting the morph dial to -100%, but instead of reversing the pose, it makes makes a completely new and wonky shape. In the example attached I'm trying to reverse a right toe bend pose with a morph, and instead of zero'ing out the pose, it makes the toes look all huge.

Why are you trying to use a morph instead of a pose?
I'm trying to sculpt morphs to fix anatomical issues that arise with certain poses, but because my sculpts are of the posed figure as their base, i can't just import them and dial them up as is because that would cause the figure to further bend whatever body parts are already rotated. Therefore I need to apply a morph that zeroes out the pose to the anatomical fix morph.
No. Figure is posed, make the morph "reversing deformations." And usually 0-100% is all one can use one morph for. If a morph for -100 to 0 is required, that's another morph to be made.
How can this be done?
Using either the Advanced Hexagon bridge OR Morph Loader Pro, when bringing in the .obj to make the morph, put a tick in the box for reverse deformations. This way, the pose will not be added to the morph. [why it's important that the figure is still posed]
As you'll discover when you reverse dial any morph, the results are normally less than desirable, so right-click on any Parameter Dial and select "edit" mode. Then right-click on the concerned dial or via the wheel cog, find the Parameters option and "polish" the morph -- can give the dial colors, adjust the min/max settings - and also reposition the morph as to where it will appear on the Parameter Tab [under Actor someplace is a good idea esp if wanting it to appear on the Shaping Tab later on]. Then "accept" it. Dial the morph to "0" and save it [morph asset].
