Orbital Lights Plugin needs additional registration? (RESOLVED)

I purchased this awhile ago and "About Installled plugins" says I need to register the the product to be enabled?

Is there another strep I'm missing to get this plugin to work?

There is a serial number entered in the "About Installled plugins" list.
